Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., but protective orders (online - recommended) (paper forms) and marriage license applications will only be processed until 4 p.m.
E-Filing
All attorney pleadings MUST be e-filed. If you are filing without an attorney, your documents may be filed with the Clerk’s Office. Please visit Indiana Courts website for further information of e-filing providers.
Guardianship Registry
Letters of Guardianship cannot be issued until a completed Guardianship Registry Information Sheet is filed with the Clerk: Guardianship Registry Information Sheet
