The Development Review (Plat) Committee is a committee set up according to state statute and County rules and procedures. It consists of the Director of the Department of Development & Storm Water Management (DDSWM), Health Department representative, Highway Department representative, County Engineer from DDSWM, and Plan Commission member. Appointed by the Plan Commission, each member shall serve for a one-year term ending upon the completion of the first Plan Commission meeting of the following calendar year. The current members are:

- Dan Boyd, Health Department
- Martin Bobcek, Highway Engineer
- David Champion, County Engineer
- Kevin Breitzke, Plan Commission Member (County Surveyor)
