For Portage Township residents in need of help with utility bills, rent, medications, and food & clothing, please complete an application and call 219-762-1623 to set-up an appointment. Applications can be downloaded from our website at www.portagetrustee.org/assistance or pick up a copy at our Willowcreek office.
