Commissioner Morales represents District 1, also known as the South District, which includes Boone, Morgan, Pleasant and Porter Townships. In addition to his duties as Commissioner, he serves on the Porter County Non-Profit Charitable Foundation, Recycling & Waste Reduction District and Storm Water Management Boards.
